Hayat Lab joins the KidMED-CKM consortium, supported by the Novo Nordisk Foundation

Hayat Lab is excited to be part of the KidMED-CKM consortium supported by the Novo Nordisk Foundation with €26.7 million.

Using AI, the team will focus on how kidney, cardiovascular and metabolic systems influence each other. We aim to build mechanistic AI models to understand causal differences, understand disease progression and identify novel targets and biomarkers to enable precision medicine in CKM and ultimately help patients.
