About the project

A collaborative project with the labs of Rebekka K. Schneider and Rafael Kramann and with Sequantrix GmbH. TargetMF aims to identify and prioritize novel therapeutic targets for primary myelofibrosis by combining AI, multimodal single-cell genomics, pooled CRISPR perturbation screens, causal deep learning and advanced 3D bone marrow models.

Our lab leads the AI method development, which involves single-cell Perturb-seq and causal inference.
