TargetMF launched, funded through the Gesünder.IN.NRW (EFRE) program

TargetMF is a new collaborative project of the labs of Rebekka K. Schneider, Rafael Kramann and Sikander Hayat with Sequantrix GmbH. It aims to identify and prioritize novel therapeutic targets for primary myelofibrosis by combining AI, multimodal single-cell genomics, pooled CRISPR perturbation screens, causal deep learning and advanced 3D bone marrow models.

Our lab leads the AI method development, which involves single-cell Perturb-seq and causal inference.
